POWER: Tattoo manipulation (Bringing his tattoos to life, pulling them into the real world)
STRENGTHS:. Can make living breathing creatures from his tattoos, also can pull weapons from his skin such as knives or guns. Gavin can have as many tattoos on his skin as can fit. Items depicted on his skin retain their real world properties to some extent. For example if he has a tattoo of a fridge full of food, all the food would still be on the shelves fresh and ready to eat if he bled the tattoo from his skin. Though it does not retain the same weight as a real refridgerator. It doesn't weigh more than any other ink. Gavin bleed a tattoo from his skin and make it "real" offering up that patch of skin as available space for a new tattoo. Gavin can choose to puppeteer creatures and people bled from his tattoos. They bend to his will and he controls them with telepathic command.
WEAKNESS: Creatures return to his skin (If he chooses to retrieve the tattoo creature, however items such as knives and guns have to be retattooed onto him they are one time use) The creatures that he bleeds from his skin are living creatures. They follow gavins orders but they live and breath and bleed and feel pain. If one is destroyed Gavin's creature is gone. he can not recall it to his skin. He would have to have it retattooed to get it back.
Gavin has to take very good care of his body. If there is a blemish or a scar or any imperfection on his skin it can calls his tattoos to come out disfigured, a scar on his arm can cause a creature from that place of skin to have scars on it's face. If he gets a knife wound for example over one of his tattoos.... The creature that bleeds from his skin will have the same knife wound when it comes alive and will instantly suffer the pain and trauma of being stabbed as the wound transfers with the creature. Gavin can get rid of wounds this way but he doesn't wish harm on his beloved creatures.

It is only after you dig a little deeper that you realize that Gavin Sinclair has darker motives. He doesn't care about his fellow mutant, but turning a profit off of their pain and suffering. Gavin Sinclair is not human. Not because he is a mutant but because he has no heart.

OVERALL. Gavin always knew he was different. He could feel it ever since he was young. Although his ability didn't mainfest itself until he was a teenager and got his first tattoo. He got a tattoo of a heart over his heart. He was once a sensitive kid and thought it romantic to show his first girlfriend Libby Turnerbaum that he loved her. That he wore his heart on his sleeve for her.
She reacted in horror when his heart tattoo actually beat. Gavin can be fatally wounded by damaging the skin around that heart tattoo. That is why he got it covered up with a still locked box. Now he can manipulate any of the number of crazy tattoos he has on his body. He sometimes allows the ink of his tattoo to run down his arm and sift into the dirt. And bring to life the inked portrait of his first love Libby to life. Only so he can kill her with his own two hands.
